At Grand-Pierre Éclat, we are committed to delivering a luxurious and seamless experience from the moment you place your order. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Shipping times vary based on location, with most deliveries arriving within 5-10 business days.

International Shipping:
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at grandpierreeclat@gmail.com. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Ship the items back to us with a tracking number.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
